Queuelark

Terms of Service

Last updated: November 5, 2026

These terms are between you and me, Thomas Darby, a sole proprietor in Pennsylvania, United States, who makes and runs Queuelark (queuelark.com). By using Queuelark you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy.

1. What Queuelark does

Queuelark is a website for scheduling posts and, at the times you choose, publishing them to the TikTok accounts you connect or sending them there as drafts.

2. Your Queuelark account

You must be 18 or older. You sign in with links sent to your email, so keep your email account secure: anyone who can read your email can sign in as you. One account is for one person.

3. Your TikTok accounts and your content

Connect only TikTok accounts you own or are allowed to manage. You are responsible for what you post and for following TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Branded Content Policy and Music Usage Confirmation. You keep all rights to your content. You allow Queuelark to store it and send it to TikTok only to do what you asked. I don't review your content before it is posted.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use Queuelark to post spam, or content you don't have the right to post, such as other people's videos copied from TikTok or elsewhere. Don't try to break, overload or get around the limits of Queuelark or TikTok, and don't create accounts automatically.

5. TikTok

Queuelark depends on TikTok's services and is not made by TikTok. TikTok decides what it accepts: it can limit how many posts an account makes in a day, review or remove posts, or change or end its services. Some features may then stop working, and I am not responsible for TikTok's decisions.

6. No warranty

Queuelark is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. A post may fail, go out late or not go out, and the service may sometimes be unavailable.

7. Limits on liability

As far as the law allows, I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost posts, data, followers, income or business.

8. Ending

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. I may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and I may stop offering Queuelark. Where I can, I will give account holders notice by email first.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, United States.

10. Changes

If these terms change, this page shows the new text and the new date at the top.
